5 GHz WiFi is not working properly, only 2.4 GHz is being detected

Hi there

After getting wifi chip replaced. my axon is not discovering 5 GHz band. only 2.4 GHz working. what could be issue?

Kindly mention, Which Chip you are using for 5G/4G module !?

Generally, It can be driver side issue or Antenna.
Could you send log and output of lsmod !?

dmesg > trace.log

Kindly, attach trace.log file here.

It is axon onboard chip and original antenna came with box

trace.log.zip (18.4 KB)

Make sure you have connected antenna o WiFi U,FL Connector.

Yes antenna is connected correctly in place. but still same problem

i also found that npu is not working

RuntimeError( RuntimeError: init_runtime failed (error -1). Ensure RK35xx hardware with librknnrt.so installed.

you need to download the “librknnrt.so” file from here and move it to /usr/lib/
kindly follow this guide and our Axon-NPU-Guide repo for more details. thank you!

Give us output of,

I can see 5GHz band in the this list, make sure your antenna is properly connected.

If that fails then try to connect different different 5GHz Wi-Fi

I connected two different antenna. those are new came with box. but still no 5GHz connection. is it possible that antenna port on board may damage?

Send board photo, make sure UFL connectors are clearly be seen
