Axon is not turning on

My Axon chip has stopped powering on. Is there any way to check it?

@rshewade, Are you able to see the LED light ?
What is the status of the blue LED Light?

The board is very quiet no white or blue led or even red one.
I tried using different adapter and wire but no change
