Axon microcontroller display issue & OS issue

When connected to the desktop, it booted up fine initially. I accessed the controller and installed coding programs. But yesterday afternoon, the desktop suddenly went blank. We didn’t make any changes. We tried continuously booting and pressed the reset button twice to get it into Maskroom, but nothing worked.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

  1. HDMI is connected to which port !?
    HDMI0 or HDMI1
  2. What is the status of LED !? Is it blinking or stable !?

To check whether the device is in MaskRom, make sure the Type-C Cable is connected to the to the Type-C0 port.

It is in maskroom only one light is tirned on and i have connected the cable to the laptop theough usb to c in type co

Now, does it detect in Maskrom !?
Again Make sure you have installed usb driver in the host pc as mentioned in the documentation.
