Axon SBC Unexpected Reboots Issues

I am experiencing an issue with my Axon SBC. Whenever I play a movie or browse online websites like eg. Claude, Grok AI, and ChatGPT, and run a movie, the device unexpectedly restarts or shuts down and then reboots. Showing no Signal on monitor.

Can you try to get kernel log while doing that?

command in terimnal.

dmesg --follow

How to take log in linux:

  1. Open terminal : Ctrl + Alt + t
  2. sudo dmesg > dmesg.txt
  3. You can upload that dmesg file on this platform by clicking upload button.

And, Also send user log as well.

  1. Open terminal : Ctrl + Alt + t
  2. sudo journalctl > user.txt
  3. Upload it here.

Please also mention which Browser you were using and what was the package manager for that (APT or .deb / SNAP / flatpack )

I have add ran the script, and attached that file, and a screenshot of terminal & in Chromium Browser showing “you are using an unsupported command-line flag: --no-sandbox. stability & security will suffer” and the Chromium Browser which I am using has camed per-installed in the Axon SBC.

@bhavya_gohil, Which adapter you are using to use Axon ?

Note : Only use PD Adapter which can support at least 12 V.

Okey, I got it, I have to use Power delivery charge for Axon.
