My axon is not starting from today. no idea why. it was working yestarday. it is just delivered yestarday

I tried to flash image. but i am always getting device not found. even after multiple tried of entering mask rom mode
Could you show us, how you can flash image !?

Issue is device does not go to MaskRom mode. Try with removing Type C cable from Axon and attach it again.
No luck. i removed usb c pin from axon and attach again. but no detection in devtool
Try with another type c cable.
Still not working. i tried different cable too. it is iphone official cable, so cable should no issue with it
what could be issue? is it hardware or software problem?
Hardware issue can be there.
then how to solve this? it is brand new axon, just run for 1 day. what is replacement process or warranty?
