So Even though after flashing image, it’s still in MASKROM, right !?
If still exists, than put Axon into Maskrom Mode, and erase eMMC image using below command.
sudo upgrade_tool ef <Flashed_Image_that_you_have_flashed>
Do the same process to flash image.
I already did that but the boot stuck at uboot SPL always i have shared an video i am sharing the link here as well for your reference

We’ve seen other request of yours with rah, i believe vaaman has been booted successfully.
no akshar it did not boot successfully into the OS and i am using axon board
try flashing newer image and let us know.
