i downloaded the correct image from axon downloads, after extracting and trying to flash it says, loading firmware failed, help me to get this work

Thanks, after following the steps from the video there is an 12th column in the video that is empty, but in my rk dev tool, only upto 11th column there is no 12th, in this case what to do ? i have attached the screenshots pls check
You can manually add 12th row and select image in column called Path.

yes, you can unplug usb wire from your PC, and you can connect Monitor any HDMI port, wait for a while as it goes to first boot script, than Axon reboot automatically, and Ubuntu Mate screen will be shown on HDMI.
