So I am trying to access the Serial Console with AXON Board , but unable to get the correct response .
What step I am missing

Had the same problem and solved it using the right FTD cable.
The ones which are cheaper do not go well with higher baudrates.
By default AXON is configured for 1.5MBPS.
I ordered waveshare serial cable and it worked.
