We are currently experiencing an issue on the Axon where the frame rate drops significantly when playing FHD YouTube videos, even with no other background programs running. When playing 4K videos, the stuttering is extremely severe. While the CPU and memory usage appear to be normal, the device temperature is currently running unusually high. We would like to inquire if there is a troubleshooting guide or any recommended steps we can take to resolve this issue.
