Recovery Button Came Off Due to Poor Soldering – Requesting Resolution

I’m facing an issue with the Recovery button on my AXON board.

From the day I received the board, I had never used the recovery button. Today was the first time I pressed it, and the button came off almost immediately with very little force. It appears that the switch was not soldered properly from the factory rather than being damaged during use.

I’ve attached photos showing:

  • The recovery button detached from the PCB.
  • The location on the board where the button was originally soldered.

Could you please advise on the best resolution for this issue? Since this seems to be a manufacturing/soldering defect present from the beginning, I’d appreciate guidance on whether this can be covered under warranty or if a replacement/repair can be arranged.
