Ssd not detected in first power ON

I am using Vaaman Vicharak, and I have connected an SSD using the VAAMAN SATA HAT. After powering on the device, the SSD is sometimes not detected. The red LED on the SSD keeps blinking continuously, and the read/write LED remains off.

After restarting the device multiple times, the disk eventually gets detected. Based on my observation, when the board has been powered off for a long time and then powered on, the SSD is not detected on the first boot attempt.

Could you tell us which connector does not work efficiently !? Or Both are not able to work?
Like, J1 or J2 ?
You can see the number on the PCB below the M.2 connector.
