I tried using this Sounce USB C to HDMI Adapter since I didn’t have a direct DP cable nor did I have a micro HDMI cable. This adapter works fine on my other devices but seem to cause some power (?) or flicker issue on the axon.

Can you tell us what is the resolution of your monitor?
I tried this on 2 displays
One is a 1080p fhd 60hz the other an old Sony 1080p 30hz TV. Both seem to have the issue.
The issue didn’t occur when I used a direct microhdmi cable instead of a dp adapter.
okay, it seems we have to try with this very adapter and test it, as of now we have tried multiple adapters and all of them worked.
