Vamman os flashing error

While flashing a new os in vichark vamman board using rk devtool it continuesly show error of download boot failed or please check ddr and reset/restart the device.

Can you confirm which image you are trying to flash , and share the screenshot of the error which you are getting.

Above is the image when i am trying to flash ubuntu file downloaded from vicharak git library.
