I recently purchased an ESP32-S3 board from your brand. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi module on the board is not working properly.
I tested the board multiple times, including the Wi-Fi scanning functionality, but the Wi-Fi module is not detecting/scanning Wi-Fi networks as expected. I also checked the setup and testing process to make sure the issue was not caused by the software or configuration, but the Wi-Fi functionality is still not working.
Since the board is not functioning as expected, I kindly request you to help me with either:
- A replacement for the defective ESP32-S3 board, or
- A full refund if a replacement is not possible.
I can provide the order details, purchase proof, videos, photos, and testing results if required.
Please let me know the next steps for the replacement/refund process.
